Keeping you and our staff safe is our highest priority. To do so, we are incorporating essential space modifications within the salon as well as updating our operating procedures and sanitization protocols. We have re-opened with these modifications in place and with a reduced client-booking schedule.
Safety dictates that we set appointments on a schedule that will allow us to maximize the cleaning and sterilization of all tools, equipment, working areas, and ourselves.
It has been a huge learning process for us to get the logistics and protocols timed well and that is why we have not been able to fill our chairs with all of you, our valued clients.

We greatly appreciate your business! We strive to provide all of our clients with quality service and a pleasant experience. Therefore, we adhere to strict lateness, short notice cancellation, and no show policies. When an appointment is booked, it is understood that the terms and conditions have been read and are agreed upon by you, the client. We understand there are unpredictable circumstances, in which case, you must call Sky Salon and speak to someone directly (781-259-0550) or leave a message and a staff member will return your call. Emails are not read daily, you must call the salon. Please note, consistent lateness, short notice cancellations, and no-shows are noted and will incur a charge to your card on file. Cancellation and no-show fee totals vary and will be determined by the amount of time and service/s booked.
Sky Salon requires a credit card in order to reserve an appointment.
We have a 48 hour cancellation policy and a lateness policy.
Prior to 48 hrs, you can cancel and reschedule via the online booking system or call the salon during normal business hours.
If you are late 15 minutes or more, this will be considered a no-show and will incur a charge for the missed appointment.
We cannot guarantee a stylist will be able to accommodate you on the same day, this will be left to the discretion of the stylist or salon coordinator.
